Training badminton :

2 vs 1 - is a really good way to train up. Singles court everywhere , the players with 2 people on one side have to stand on their side and can't do a normal doubles attacking stance.

Try it out - this will really improve your badminton.

If you can use a training badminton racket , this will increase you wrist and arm strenght - which is a key to success in badminton.

But thats not all when using the training badminton racket focus on correct hitting technique this will develope all your strokes.
