You play badminton with your feet.
Imagine yourself as a car , your engine does all the work , the paint job is just the finesse.
The faster , and better footwork you have the better you will get.
Buy having better footwork , you can get behind the shuttle and on balance to give a better more powerfuller and controlled shot.
Having better footwork will slightly help you , use less energy as chaseeing iuses less energy than running everywhere on court!
So Fitness - My main point!
You can train ofcourt , try and get fitter.
this can be through just doing some light jogs or cycling!
Don't drive to work , go for a cycle , or a light jog - this will increase you fitness and your leg muscles.
No?
What about only once a week?
It is for the best for your badminton game!
